A case presentation related to an accurate planning in bone-integration buccal implants

[摘要] Implantation science has experienced a extraordinary advance in past years, thanks to it, therapeutical possibilities have a high degree of functional and aesthetic capacity. The proper prosthestic planning of cases before teeth loss favors not only mastication but aesthetic look of person. The aim of present paper is to describe alternatives of prosthetic rehabilitation to correct the incorrectly planned cases. We conclude that first assessment of patient, fulfillment of treatment planning, and the use of a surgical guide, are essential for results success, although there is ingeniousness and persistence of prosthesis technicians in solution of problems.
