The UlcerativeColitis (UC) is a cronic inflamatory bowel disease, that affects the mucosaof the large bowel and which can be associated with extra-intestinal manifestations,such as slcerosing cholangitis, an illness that could become a cholangicarcinoma.We reported a case of a male patient, 21-year-aged, from Poço Redondo-SE,who was born in Cubatão-SP and admitted in the Hospital Universitárioof the Universidade Federal de Sergipe, on may 23 at the year 2008 with UC associatedwith sclerosing cholangitis and cholangiocarcinoma.
