Chordoma is a rare malignant lesion of spinalcord originated from ectopic remnants of notocordial tissue. Its presentationis characterized by slow growth in spite of locally aggressive behaviour. Wereport a case of multidisciplinary oncologic resection with coloanal anastomosis.Extended and aggressive resections improved significantly the disease free survivalin patients with chordoma. The multidisciplinary oncologic approach is essentialin order to reach this goal.
