The endometriosis is an enigmatic pathologythat has an uncertain etiology and is characterized by ectopic implant of functionalendometrial tissue. Its most common clinical presentation is periodic abdominalpain associated with menstrual period, infertility, and complaints of dyspareunieand dysmenorrheal, but its presentation can also varies, simulating colorectaltumors by presenting symptoms like tenesm and rectal bleeding. The diagnosesis made by the anatomopathologic exam and mostly explained after surgical resection.The treatment can be done clinically or surgically, depending on the age, desireto have children and the development of endometrial lesion in the gastrointestinaltract. The aim of this work is relating two cases of colonic endometriosis simulatingcolorectal cancer, diagnosed at the surgical service of the Hospital Geral Universitáriode Cuiabá, and dissertating about the pathology forms and its treatment.
