Basal Cell Carcinoma(BCC) is the most common skin cancer. It is preferentially found in sun-exposedareas and it is extremely rare at perianal region. In this article, we reporta case of perianal BCC. In addition, we present a review of the medical literatureon this subject, outlining clinical and histologic characteristics of this typeof tumor as well as the choices of treatment.
