Influence of organic manures and biofertilizers on the quality of two Plantaginaceae: Plantago major L. and Plantago lanceolata L.

[摘要] OBJECTIVES: to determine the influence of the organic manures and the application of biofertilizers on the quality of the dry drug from the species Plantago major L. and Plantago lanceolata L. METHODS: organic manures, such as vegetal compost and the earthworm humus, and the commercial biofertilizers ECOMIC and AZOFERT, were applied in the cultivation of the 2 species of Plantaginaceas. The dry drug was obtained, and its quality parameters were determined to prove if they were affected by the agricultural procedures used. RESULTS: the yield of the vegetal mass was favored in both cases. CONCLUSIONS: the right application of earthworm humus increased the yielding of vegetal mass without affecting the quality of the drug from the species P. lanceolata y P. major L.
