Die institusionele beeld en die impak daarvan op die kommunikasie binne die Universiteit van Stellenbosch

[摘要] In this study, research has been done on the institutional image of the StellenboschUniversity (SU). The impact of the true and desired image on the writtencommunication of the SU has been researched to determine how much influence the UScan have on the forming of the institutional image and how it can be improved tocorrelate more with the desired image of the SU. The focus was, more specifically, onthe written communication of the Registrar's division of the SU and their institutionaldocuments. The institutional image was tested by means of questionnaires filled in bythe students of the SU. The groups have been selected in accordance with thepopulation profile of the SU to be statistically representitave of the true populationstudying at the SU.
