It results in the generation of a knowledge flow model.Chapter 4: Presentation and Discussion of the FindingsThis chapter focuses on the presentation and discussion of the findings of the case analysissupported by the theoretical and related concepts of quality knowledge.Chapter 5: Aspects of the Quality Knowledge GapThis is the final chapter of the thesis; it presents the findings, makes recommendations andconcludes the study.
