A 46-Year-Old Woman With an Uncommon Case of Massive Pneumothorax

[摘要] A 46-year-old woman arrived at our ED for the worsening of a thoracic pain localized in the left interscapulo-vertebral region that she had been commenting on for the past few days. Anamnestic data were collected; vital parameters, blood tests, and ECG were normal.
