Rebuttal From Drs Maldonado and Kropski

[摘要] We read with attention Drs Danoff and Yarmus’ editorial highlighting the arguments against widespread adoption of transbronchial cryobiopsy as the primary biopsy method in patients with interstitial lung disease.¹ We share similar concerns for patient safety, and a common desire to provide the best care possible to interstitial lung disease (ILD) patients, alleviating the burden of these often-incurable diseases while striving to avoid exposing them to unnecessary and potentially dangerous procedures.
