Atorvastatin in Bronchiectasis With Chronic Pseudomonas Infection

[摘要] We read with keen interest the recent randomized crossover trial of atorvastatin vs placebo in patients diagnosed with bronchiectasis and chronic Pseudomonas infection published in CHEST (August 2017). The authors concluded that atorvastatin therapy improved quality of life in these patients.¹ We congratulate the authors for conducting a study on this novel research question. However, certain issues merit discussion.
