[摘要] He walked among translucent forms That once comprised his dreams Solutions trapped in tinctured vials Condensed from empty streams The thoughts that held his recompense Devoid of noble cause Were shunted into crusted urns Without a moment’s pause Then lost in caustic reveries He fled to safer ground Away from failure’s ceaseless lure And fortune’s siren sound Now searching for untimely grace He started out anew Within the mirrored labyrinth That offered not a clue
