A Patient With Chest Pain and Hyperacute T Waves
[摘要] Figures Figure 1 ECG shows hyperacute T waves in leads V1 to V4 and 0.5-mm ST-segment elevation in AVR. A 56-year-old man, previously healthy, presented to the ED complaining of 2 h of chest pain radiating to the lower jaw, associated with dizziness and diaphoresis. He denied any medical history. His brother had a myocardial infarction at 55 years of age.
