A 57-Year-Old Woman on Rituximab Presenting With Fever and Lethargy

A 57-year-old woman with multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis on immunologic treatment was transported to the hospital by emergency medical services for subjective fevers, weakness, and lethargy. Recent history was significant for dental work and tooth extractions in the past month.
