Rebuttal From Dr Wood
[摘要] The authors of the American College of Chest Physicians (CHEST) lung cancer screening guideline are well intended, with the sincere goal of limiting the well-known harms of screening.1 Where we differ is on how to manage the harms implicit with any screening test. Should we limit access to screening to expose fewer people to harm? Or should we be more liberal and instead use guidelines to minimize the harms?
