Response to Stefani et al.: A comprehensive consideration of all available data is needed to define the prodromal phase of REM sleep behavior disorder

[摘要] We thank Stefani et al. [1] for their thoughtful comments on our article “REM Sleep without Atonia with REM Sleep-Related Motor Events: Broadening the Spectrum of REM Sleep Behavior Disorder” [2] recently published in SLEEP and we appreciate their agreement with us on the need to explore further and in more depth the topic of the prodromal phase of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behavior disorder (RBD). The reasons for this need have been explained extensively in both our paper [2] and in the Letter by Stefani et al. [1].
