0070 Changes In Sleep And Circadian Rhythm In An Animal Model Of Vitamin D Deficiency.
[摘要] IntroductionVitamin D deficiency has been reported to be related to problems in sleep and circadian rhythm. Sleep controlling nuclei and the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), the ‘master clock’ of a body, highly express vitamin D receptors. It is plausible that there may be a certain role of vitamin D in regulating sleep and circadian rhythm. However, there is a paucity of research about sleep and circadian rhythm in vitamin D deficiency. Therefore, we sought to examine the characteristics of circadian rhythm in a mouse model of vitamin D deficiency.
