Objective data contribute to the school start time debate
[摘要] Research suggests that adolescents aged 13 to 18 years should be obtaining 8 to 10 hr of sleep per night [1]; however, a large proportion of teenagers are obtaining less than this [2–4]. Many studies show that there are substantial deficits in adolescents’ wellbeing, health, safety, and academic performance with insufficient sleep [5–10].
