0143 Social Jetlag Is Associated with Unhealthy Eating Behaviors and Higher BMI in Adolescents
[摘要] IntroductionSocial jetlag, the misalignment between the sleep schedule imposed by social obligations (i.e., work, school) versus free days, is associated with increased adolescent body mass index (BMI). The goals of the current study were to (1) investigate the association between social jetlag and eating behaviors in adolescents, and (2) determine whether social jetlag is associated with BMI while adjusting for unhealthy eating behaviors and lack of physical activity.
