ELECTROCHEMICAL PERFORMANCE OF S n DOPEDMn 3 O 4 / GRAPHENE FOR SUPER CAPACITORS
[摘要] Mn3 O 4 was prepared by hydrothermal method with 180 as reaction temperature and1 0 h as reaction time. The obtained samples were bar like sample s with high purity w ereevaluated by X ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) Theelectrochemical performance of Mn 3 O 4 was improved by Sn doping . The specificcapacitance of the composites obtained by compounding the modified materials withgraphene was greatly increased and their cyclic voltammetric curves were rectangular,which shows that the graphene modified Mn 3 O 4 has a pleasurable development prospect.F or the pure M n 3 O 4 , Sn Mn 3 O 4 and Sn Mn 3 O 4 / graphene composite , t he specificcapacitance of 21 F·g 1 , 30 F·g 1 and 215 F·g 1 we re manifested by electrochemical workstation, respectively The results show that stannum and graphene greatly enhances theelectrochemical performance of Mn 3 O 4.
