SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF COPPERPERCHLORINATED PHTHALOCYANINE AS SEMICONDUCTOR MATERIAL FOR THIN FILM TRANSISTORS
[摘要] An organic semiconductor material copper perchlorinated phthalocyanine CuPcCl16) wassynthesized and its optical, thermal and electrical properties were characterized UV V isspectr a show ed that the two strong absorption peak s for Q band were 6 49 and 684 nm. Theelectrochemical characterization indicated that the CuPcCl16 compound embody suitable lowest unoccupied molecular orbital level for electron injection. Thermal analysis showedthe compound has excellent thermal stability with decomposition temperature ab ove 260o C. The CuPcCl16 based OTFTs was fabricated by the physical vapor deposition techniqueand their electrical properties were investigated. The charge carrier field effect mobilityand threshold voltage of the OTFTs w ere 0.46×10-2 c m 2 /V s and 30 V, respectively.
