HYDROGEN GAS SENSING OF ZnO NANOWIRES SYNTHESIS BYHYDROTHERMAL TECHNIQUE
[摘要] Zinc oxide nanowires were synthesized by simple hydrothermal method at 65oC for 12hour. We have used the neutrient solution of zinc-nitrate ((Zn(NO3)2) with hexamethylenetetramine (C6H12N4) in equimolar ratio. Growth pattern of ZnO NWs were epitaxial andinvestigated by X-ray diffraction for crystal structure that shows the zinc oxide nanowiresare in hexagonal (wurtzite) structure form. UV-visible photometer spectro calculate theabsorption (amalgamation) spectrum of zinc oxide nanowires. The surface morphology ofas synthesized zinc oxide nanowires was measured by Field Emission Scanning ElectronMicroscopy (FE-SEM). The sensor manufactured by zinc oxide (ZnO) nanowires grownby hydrothermal technique was utilized for hydrogen gas sensing at 150oC for about 1000ppm concentration. The detector manufacture for hydrogen sensing shows a reversiblecycle. The affect of working temperature was also tested on hydrogen gas sensingproperties of ZnO nanowires.
