STUDY ON PHOTOCATALYSIS PROPERTY OFEr 3+ DOPED Bi 2 MoO 6 BYHYDRO THERMAL METHOD
[摘要] In this studyBi 2 MoO 6 with different Er 3+ doping amount w as successfully synthesized viahydro thermal method. The influence of Er 3+ concentration on photocatalysis property w asinvestigated . The phase structures were analyzed by X ray diffraction. The microstructureswere measured by scanning electron microscopy. The photocatalysis property wasmeasured by the de gradation of R hodamine B. The results showed that Bi 2 MoO 6 Er 3+achieved the best photocatalysis property when the Er 3+ concentration was 0.05% and thedegradation ratio reached 9 3.30 % after 180min Raman s pectra , UV vis . DRSand the dynamics of Rh B photodegradation reaction for the samples of Bi 2 MoO 6 when theEr 3+ concentration was 0.00% ( and 0.05% (E/B) confirmed the improvementmechanism of p hotocatalytic performance . The peaks in Raman spectra were found at 140cm 1 , 197 cm 1 , 284 cm 1 , 323 cm 1 , 351 cm 1 , 716 cm 1 , 799 cm 1 , 842 cm 1 UV vis. DRSspectra of B and E/B suggested 0.05% doping of Er 3+ increased the absorbtion range ofvisible light. T he dynamics of RhB photodegradation reaction ln(C/C 0 )) for the samplesof B and E/B showed that the reaction ratio of B was 0.00361 min 1 and E/B was 0.01193min 1 E/B achieved a better photocatalysis property than B.
