Invasive intramedullary melanotic schwannoma: case report and review of the literature

[摘要] PurposeMelanotic schwannoma (MS) is rare, accounting for less than 1% of primary peripheral nerve sheath tumors, and most often occurs in the paraspinal nerve roots. Intramedullary MS is exceedingly rare, and to the best of our knowledge, only nine cases have been reported in literature.
