The treatment consisted of pre-surgical phase: alignment, leveling, dental decompensation, achieving tripodism (occlusal stability). Surgical phase: bilateral branch sagittal osteotomy and Post-Surgical Phase: detailed and retention. The appliances used were Roth .022 x .028 prescription brackets, bondable tubes in upper and lower 6s, bands in lower 7s, punched tubes in lower 7s and shanks, surgical crimps. The retention in charge of fixed upper and lower retainer and upper and lower thermoforming.
