[摘要] The Invisalign system is an innovative technique, consisting of a series of transparent sequential aligners made to measure, this system uses CAD / CAM technology and Clincheck software It have used extensively to orthodontic treatment, being an effective technique for patients with esthetic requirements and those who have experienced relapse after fixed appliance therapy, however, it has been used successfully in complex treatments. The main objective of this paper was to know the characteristics, and management of the system. The material used was information obtained from several journals, 32 papers found through PubMed and Google Scholar. It is concluded that this system is effective but it has certain important limitations that should be taken into account when choosing the case to be treated with this system, also it turns out to be highly comfortable when compared to other conventional systems.
