[摘要] Introduction:Maxillar disjunction is an orthopedic procedure in patients with maxillary atresia. The maxillary hypo development generates complex malocclusions, dental retaining, a maxillo- jaw affected and some changes with its function and with the facial esthetics. Patient`s age is a pivotal variable for the good prognosis.
