Fibroadenoma with Marked Cystic Degeneration

[摘要] Background: Fibroadenoma is the most common breast tumor in adolescent and young women. Extensive cystic degeneration in fibroadenoma, so called “cystic fibroadenoma” is rare. Case Report: Herein, we report 32-year-old female with breast lump and was diagnosed as fibroadenoma with marked cystic degeneration on histopathological examination. Conclusion: Cystic fibroadenoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of cystic lesions of the breast.
