[摘要] Background: Metastasis to breast in males from renal cell carcinoma is a very rare occurrence. This subject is of importance since it requires a different approach in prognosis and management from primary breast cancer. Historically, the prognosis for such a patient has been extremely poor. Case Report: We hereby report a 60 year old male patient with renal cell carcinoma metastasizing to the breast and lungs. Conclusion: This case report will add to the ever-expanding understanding of the complexities of cancer presentation and its management.
