Frequency of spilled gallstones and bile leak in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

[摘要] Abstract Objectives: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is regarded as the treatment of choice for symptomatic gallstones disease throughout the world. Two well known complications of the procedure are bile leak and spilled gallstones. To determine the frequency of bile leak and spilled gallstones during laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our setup.
