[摘要] Abstract Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of drotaverine and Phloroglucinol in the duration of first stage of labour. Main outcome measure were duration of first stage of labour, rate of cervical dilatation, maternal and fetal side effects and mode of delivery. Student t- test applied for statistical analysis.
