Baron’s Band Ligation; management of Symptomatic Haemorrhoids

[摘要] Abstract Aim: We conducted this study to assess the success rate of rubber band ligation in management of 2nd and 3rd degree haemorrhoids. Introduction: Haemorrhoids are the clinical manifestation of the downward disruption of normal functional architecture known as the anal cushions. There are various treatment options available for this common problem but Baron's rubber band ligation (RBL) is most widely used procedure in 2nd and 3rd degree haemorrhoids because it resolves haemorrhoidal diseas.
