Skull Fracture on X-ray skull as an indicator of Extradural Hematoma in patients with Head Injury

[摘要] Abstract Objectives: To know the co incidence of extradural hematoma in cases of skull fracture on plane x-ray in patients with head injury. Methodology: This cross sectional descriptive study was done in neurosurgery department of Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar, from 17th May 2010 to 16th November 2010. All patients of head injury, from all ages and both genders were included. Patients in whom EDH caused by bleeding disorders or vascular malformations of the dura mater and post surgical ED.
