Outcome of painful implant removal after fracture union

[摘要] Abstract Objective: To evaluate the outcomes and pain reduction following removal of orthopedic hardware implanted for fracture fixation. Study Design: Prospective descriptive study. Place and Duration: This study was conducted at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Jinnah Medical College Hospital from September 2007 to February 2012. Materials and Methods: The study included adult patients of either gender, reporting to the O.P.D. of Orthopaedic Surgery, with complaint of pain after open red.
