Undifferentiated thoracic esophageal sarcoma

[摘要] Abstract Esophageal carcinoma is high among the Asian population, though the esophageal carcinoma worldwide is rare with a prevalence rate of 0.1-1.5%. Esophageal sarcomas is a further rare entity. The commonest esophageal tumour is squamous cell carcinoma. The adenocarcinoma of esophagus also showing rising incidence due to the increase in dysplasia of the lower end of the esophagus. This is case report of a 70 year old female with undifferentiated thoracic esophageal sarcoma in whom an oesopha.
