Modeling and Validation of a Single-Phase Electromagnetic Voltage Restorer proposal
[摘要] The search for solutions to the diverse problems associated with power quality, in particular the regulation of the supply voltage, has been a source of various innovative proposals, which fit satisfactorily within the legislation presently practiced. In particular, while recognizing the wide range of products in the market, especially those aimed at compensating long-term voltage variation, the design of devices based on principles and control, which are simple in concept and still able to provide competitive costs and lower maintenance requirements, among other things, still presents challenges to the research and development of new products. In this context, this study focuses on the proposal of a fully electromagnetic device with a discrete mechanical tap changer compensation approach, which through the injection of additive or subtractive series reinforcement provides voltage regulation for both three-phase and single-phase feeders, the latter being required by many rural installations.
