Enhanced Long-Term Voltage Security Assessment Through a Methodology that Combines P–V and Q–V Curves Analyses

[摘要] This work presents a methodology for long-term voltage security analysis of large-scale power systems. The proposed approach is based on the combination of different static methods (P–V and Q–V curves) and on the adequate modeling, in power flow studies, of real-time control actions taken by system operators. Tests using real cases, in which the interconnected Brazilian system has experimented operating problems, are employed to illustrate and validate the proposed approach.
