Determination of nickel in hair samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and flow-through stripping chronopotentiometry
[摘要] NickelinhairsampleswasdeterminedbyGFAASandstrippingchronopotentiometryafteradryashingmineralisationwithamixtureofnitrousoxides,oxygenandozone.TheuseofcommonmatrixmodifiersbroughtnosignificantimprovementintheGFAASmeasurement.Thedetectionlimit,truenessandprecisionwerefoundtobe0.15mgkg−1ofthehairsample,4.3%,and4.1%,respectively.Thelinearrangewasfoundtobe0.44–3.3mgkg−1.Thestrippingchronopotentiometricdeterminationisbasedonthedepositionofnickelionsfromanammoniabuffersolutioninaporousglassycarbonelectrodefollowedbyitsstrippingintoanacidicsolutionbyconstantcurrent.Copperinterferedandwasremovedfromtheacidifiedsamplesolutionbymeansofaminicolumnpackedwithpearlcellulosechemicallymodifiedwith8-hydroxychinolinol.Copperwastrappedcompletelywhereasnickelpassedthecolumn.Thedetectionlimit,truenessandprecisionwerefoundtobe0.032mgkg−1inthehairsample,5.8%,and6.1%,respectively.Thelinearrangewasfoundtobe0.1–20mgkg−1.Goodagreementbetweenthetwomethodswasfoundformosthairsamples...
