Carbon nanofiber based electrochemical biosensors: A review
[摘要] Carbonnanofibers(CNFs),anovelcarbonnanomaterial,havethesimilarconductivityandstabilitytocarbonnanotubes(CNTs).ThemaindistinguishingcharacteristicofCNFsfromCNTsisthestackingofgraphenesheetsofvaryingshapes,producingmoreedgesitesontheouterwallofCNFsthanCNTs,whichcanfacilitatetheelectrontransferofelectroactiveanalytes.TheuniquechemicalandphysicalpropertiesmakeCNFsexceptionalcandidatesforelectrodematerialsandpromisingcandidatesasimmobilizationsubstrates.ThisreviewisanattempttogiveanoverviewonelectrochemicalbiosensorsbasedonCNFsandtheirvariousapplications.WediscussedtheapplicationofCNFsaselectrodematerialinelectroanalysis,aswellastheirfunctionalizationandsurfaceimmobilization.Verticallyalignedcarbonnanofibers(VACNFs)assubstratesfortheimmobilizationofbiologicalmoleculeshavealsobeendiscussed...
