A new capillary electrophoresis-direct chemiluminescence system for the determination of epinephrine and mechanism study
[摘要] Epinephrinecansignificantlyenhancetheintensityofchemiluminescence(CL)producedbythereactionbetweenluminolandpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(III)(K3[Fe(CN)6]underalkalineconditions,andtheincreasedCLintensityisproportionaltotheconcentrationofepinephrine.Basedonthisphenomenon,anew,simpleandrapidcapillaryelectrophoresis(CE)-directCLdetectionmethodwasestablishedforsensitivedeterminationofepinephrine.Optimalseparationanddetectionwereobtainedwithanelectrophoreticbufferof20mMsodium(pH=9.00)boratecontaining5×10−5Mluminolandapost-columnsolutionof1×10−4MK3[Fe(CN)6]in0.5MNaOH.Alimitofdetectionof8.3×10−9Mwasachieved.Therelativestandardderivations(RSD)ofCLintensityandmigrationtimewere3.5%and0.8%,respectively.Theapplicabilityofthemethodforanalysisofpharmaceuticalandbiologicalsampleswasexamined.AndthepossiblemechanismoftheenhancedCLintensitywasproposedviaexaminingCLandUV-visspectra...
