Comparison of matrix solid-phase dispersion and modified QuEChERS methods for extraction of pesticide residues from onion
[摘要] Matrixsolid-phasedispersion(MSPD)andmodifiedQuEChERSmethodswerecomparedfortheextractionofpesticideresiduesfromonionfollowedbydeterminationbyliquidchromatographywithelectrosprayionizationtandemmassspectrometry.Theefficiencyofthemethodswasstatisticallycomparedusingrecoveryandprecisiondata,matrixeffectsandotherextractioncharacteristicssuchasthesamplemass,solventvolume,extractiontimeandlimitsofdetectionandquantification(LOQ).Ingeneral,fasterextractionsandlowerLOQvalues(0.0005to0.05mgkg−1)wereachievedwithQuEChERS,whereasgreaterruggednessandlowermatrixeffectswereobtainedwithMSPD.Forbothmethods,highextractionyieldswereachieved(61.8–120%)withrelativestandarddeviationslowerthan20%.Matrixeffectswereobservedforbothmethods,andwerecompensatedbyusingmatrix-matchedcalibration...
