[摘要] Tarlinton and Hodgkin[1][1] first proposed plasma cell (PC)–targeted therapies for autoimmune disease in 2004, but basic research studies did not emerge until 2008.[2][2] The first PC-targeted therapy in human transplantation was published in 2008 using a proteasome inhibitor (PI)–based regimen.
