IgG4-связанный хориоретинит (клиническое наблюдение)

[摘要] The IgG4-related disease is a specific inflammatory disorder characterized by the presence of elevated serum IgG4, inflammatory infiltrates rich of IgG4-positive plasma cells and subsequent fibrosis. Many organs and systems are described to be involved by IgG4-related disease with only the single cases of uvea and retina involvement. The article presents a rare case of IgG4-related disease with a primary involvement of the eyes, salivary glands, sphenoid sinus and lymph nodes.
