Сравнительная характеристика методов стандартной компьютерной и контурной периметрии в диагностике начальной глаукомы
[摘要] Purpose . To compare the Heidelberg contour perimetry (HEP) with the Humphrey standard automated perimetry (SAP) in diagnosis of the i nitial stage of glaucoma. Material and methods.The authors examined 192 patients (192 eyes): 69 male and 123 female, aged 55 to 84 years old (mean age 62,4±0,6 years). Each patient underwent the perimetry using the SAP and HEP devices. The SAP was performed using the perimeter Humphrey Field Analyzer II (Carl Zeiss Meditec Inc.) according to the «30-2 SITA standard» software program including the examination of 76 dots of the central visual field, located within 30° from the fixation poi nt. Results . The study revealed a higher sensitivity of HEP and a high predictive value of a negative result. Conclusion.The disadvantage of the HEP method is its low specificity, which can be increased by a recalculation of the threshold values MD of -2.0 dB to -2.37 dB.
