ОСОБЕННОСТИ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО ТЕЧЕНИЯ И КОМПЛЕКСНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ВЕСЕННЕГО КАТАРА (КЛИНИЧЕСКИЙ СЛУЧАЙ)

[摘要] Purpose . To estimate a possibility of therapeutic management of conjunctiva lesion without mechanical destruc tion of follicles. Material and methods . The article performs an analysis of literature showing an algorithm of the up-to-dated diagnosis and treatment of patient with vernal keratoconjunctivitis. Results.Treatment with antiallergic drugs, glyco-corticosteroids in a low concentration, 0.05% Cyclosporine A in combination with the artificial tears therapy enabled to obtain a regression of symptoms. Conclusion . On the basis of modern concepts of local immunomodulatory therapy the choice was made in favor of the therapeutic management of severe pathology of the conjunctiva.
