定期宣教对糖尿病牙周病变患者疾病认识及口腔保健知识与行为的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the influence of regular propaganda on disease awareness and oral health care knowledge and behavior in diabetic periodontal disease patients. Methods 〓Totally 96 patients with diabetic periodontitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in each group. Both two groups were treated with routine treatment and nursing, the observation group on the basis of the implementation of regular education. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results 〓After the intervention, the fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total efficiency of the treatment on periodontal disease was higher in the observation group than that of the control group(95.83% vs. 68.75%, P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher level of disease awareness and oral health care knowledge and behavior compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Regular propaganda can significantly improve the awareness of diseases in diabetic periodontal patients, enhance the ability of oral health care, improve the symptoms of periodontal disease and promote blood sugar control.
