痛风性急性关节炎的辨证施护体会

[摘要] Abstract：Acute gouty arthritis is an inflammatory disease resulting from the precipitation of long-term hyperuricemia-induced monosodium urate(MSU)crystals in joints, which stimulates the production of interleukin-1beta(IL-1β)and initiates an inflammatory reaction. In terms of traditional Chinese medicine, acute gouty arthritis is mainly caused by damp-heat and syndrome of combination of phlegm and stasis in channels, collaterals, tendons and bones. Base on the syndrome differentiation of acute gouty arthritis, the comprehensive treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine, dietary intervention and external application of Chinese herbs should be carried out, in order to improve the prognosis of patients. This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 1 patient with acute gouty arthritis, and to summarize the nursing measures with syndrome differentiation, so as to improve the quality of life in patients with acute gouty arthritis.
