心理护理干预在甲状腺手术患者围手术期中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing intervention for patients with thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 353 patients undergoing thyroid surgery were randomly divided into the observation group(n=176)and the control group(n=177). Both two groups received routine care during operation period, and the psychological nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The heart rate and systolic blood pressure(SBP)before operation were recorded, and the postoperative pain degree was evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS).Results There was a smaller fluctuation range of heart rate and SBP in the observation group than that in the control group. The VAS score in the observation was lower than that of control at 2, 6, and 12 hours after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of psychological nursing intervention can relieve the negative emotion and surgical stress in patients with thyroid surgery.
