集束化护理在预防颅脑损伤患者下肢深静脉血栓形成中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of bundled care in prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in craniocerebral injury patients.Methods A total of 110 craniocerebral injury inpatients were selected as the control group between January, 2015 and December, 2015, with routine nursing care. Another 130 craniocerebral injury inpatients were recruited as the observation group between January, 2016 and December, 2016, with bundled nursing intervention. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity and satisfaction degree of patients to nursing service were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity was 3.08%(4/130)in the observation group and was 10.0%(11/110)in the control group(P<0.05).There were more patients satisfied with the nursing service in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bundled care can effectively prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis in patients with craniocerebral injury. It can also increase the degree of nursing satisfaction and improve the overall quality of care.
