品管圈活动降低冠心病患者注射低分子肝素钠致皮下出血发生率的应用实践

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of quality control cycle(QCC)activity on reducing the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage caused by injection of low-molecular weight heparin sodium(LMWHs)in patients with coronary heart disease(CAD). Methods   To set up the QCC team and to establish the theme of QCC activity. Reasons of subcutaneous hemorrhage caused by injection of LMWHs in 53 cases were analyzed and related improvement measures were provided. The condition of subcutaneous hemorrhage in those with blood draw(n=123)and without blood draw(n=120)were analyzed and compared. Results   After implementation of QCC activity, the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage dropped from 41.73% to 17.07% in those with blood draw and to 14.17% in those without blood draw, with significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion   QCC activity is potentially effective to reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage caused by injection of LMWHS in CHD patients.
